Attendees from 37 countries descended on the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre to engage with interactive sessions, capture insight from powerful speakers and test-drive leading-edge solutions from exhibitors.
Marcelo Scalia, the Director of Ekulus, was honoured to present a FSI Session with Bank of Guam on CX Transformation. The session discussed the best practices, design patterns and practical use cases for establishing a single view of the customer for sales, service and marketing using Oracle CX Cloud and data quality in the banking sector.
