The EDGE 2019, was a jam packed 4-day conference, which took place at Hamilton Island Convention Center on July 28 – 31. This year Ekulus joined over 300 C-level executives in a collaborative and educational environment, which addressed raising brand awareness and true competitive differentiation, through various keynotes, compelling business streams and structured networking.
As part of this year’s Build theme, Magnus Lindkvist - Swedish trendspotter and futurologist, delivered his vision of innovating for future growth during the opening keynote of the event. The conference gave ANZ channel professionals the direction and strategies to execute and create a transformation roadmap, exploring everything from building a sustainable customer base, viable marketing strategy, long-lasting unique IP, stronger internal practices and a deeper support ecosystem.
It was a valuable opportunity to better understand how we continue delivering rapid and sustainable value for our customers in the CX domain.
